Wineries
Robertson Wine Valley is a wine route offering over 50 wineries to explore and enjoy. Wineries from Ashton, Bonnievale, McGregor and Robertson come together for an unforgettable and delicious experience.
Mountain Biking
Choose from 3 scenic mountain biking trails within 8km from the farm. The trails range from easy and family friendly to intermediate for hours of relatively challenging biking.
Hiking
The Fish Eagle hiking trail, found on the Van Loveren wine farm, offers stunning views and 7.5km of diverse fauna and flora. Meander along the river, spot the Fish Eagles and see the rare magma rock formation.

Choose from over 20 different dining experiences, from al fresco to formal. Tempt the taste buds and indulge the senses with haute cuisine or local flavours of the region.
On the river
Splash out on a hot day with water rafting on the Breede River. Rafting Route 62 is fun and beginner-friendly, with enough rapids to keep it interesting and scenery to amaze.
Olive Oil Tasting
For something different, try olive oil tasting. Enjoy ciabatta dripping with olive oil made from the finest olives in the region.
Horseback Riding
Experience nature on horseback at Robertson Riding School. From beginners to the more experienced, riders can enjoy the beautiful scenery along carefully selected horse riding paths.
Golf
The Valley of Wine and Roses is ideal for a perfect game of golf. Surrounded by rolling wine farms and fields and encircled by the distant mountains, there is no better backdrop to practice your swing.
